Jordan Eldridge, Principal and Founder
(408) 766-3761 Ext. 1001, jordan@eldridgepolitical.com

Jordan Eldridge has been in the political arena since he was elected and sworn in as De Anza College’s Student Trustee to the Foothill De Anza Community College District (FHDA) Board of Trustees in June of 2007. He has been fascinated with the political process, public service, and public policy since middle school, but it wasn’t until working on then-FHDA Trustee Paul Fong’s successful election to the California State Assembly when Jordan became actively involved in local politics.

Jordan has worked on dozens of campaigns, worked for two California State Assembly members and a State Representative in Massachusetts; worked for the Santa Clara Valley Water District in Local and Regional Government Relations; has worked for a labor union as an organizer; represents the Santa Clara County Democratic Party on the Executive Board of the California Democratic Party; and is a Local Board Member of the United States Selective Service System. He was also elected to serve on the governing board of the Rancho Rinconada Recreation and Park District from 2010-2013 and appointed to fill a vacancy on the same board in 2019.

Jordan received his Master of Public Administration degree from Northeastern University, was inducted into Pi Sigma Alpha – the National Political Science Honor Society, and decided to codify his experience by opening up his own political consulting firm in December 2018.

Vincent Hernandez, Associate
(408) 766-3761 Ext. 1002, vincent@eldridgepolitical.com

Areas of Responsibility: Campaign Finance; Campaign Management and Political Consulting; Reconciliations and Audits

Entering 2022, Vincent felt lost with the path he chose. Although he was pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Political Science at CSU East Bay, his lack of personal involvement in politics left him uncertain about his plan. He had a one-on-one meeting with a mentor and friend. From that, he developed a clear roadmap. In just over three months he assumed the role of Field Director for then San José District 3 City Council candidate, Omar Torres. Additionally, Vincent was brought on board as an associate at Eldridge Political Partners, contributing to campaigns statewide by offering political consulting and managing financial reports. As an associate for Eldridge Political, he realized his passion for politics and campaign management. His efforts supported numerous quality candidates in their effort to get elected. Through his experience and passion for politics, Vincent learned how to drive critically needed change for his community, as well as others.
